Our return policies

You can return any item as long as it is intact and in the same state in which it was received, provided with the original packaging.
The return can be made within 10 days from the delivery date.
The costs of returning the products are charged to the customer.


Send your return from any post office or with any courier to the following address:

To make the return, follow the instructions below:
1. Download and complete the form (Return Note) insert it inside the package with the item to be returned
2. Request and remember to keep the shipping receipt until the moment you receive the refund confirmation email from us.
3. The package will be delivered to our warehouse where the refund procedure will be carried out. Returns can take up to 15 working days (therefore weekends and holidays excluded) to reach our warehouse. We will send you an email with the confirmation of the refund as soon as your return is processed.


Note

  • The refund will be automatically completed on the account originally used to make the purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be visible on your bank statement, depending on the timing of the lender that issued your card.
  • If you prefer to use the original packaging to return your return, be sure to cover or remove all the barcodes and stickers on the package.
  • If you have chosen the cash on delivery method, send us an email to info@berza.it with your IBAN code for a refund.
