General conditions of Sale
These conditions of sale govern the contract between the Users of the website and the company Berza s.r.l. based in Albignasego (PD), Via Roma 299, Tax Code and VAT number. 03640970285. In particular, they define the rights and obligations of each of the two parties in the context of the distance sale of the goods on this site.

Customer Obligations
The Customer is solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the data entered in the purchase format. The Customer, following the sending of the purchase order, declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale, to be of age, to be in possession of the legal capacity to act and to be solely responsible for verifying the possibility of importation of the ordered products with respect to the law of the territory of the country of delivery. The Customer also undertakes to pay the amount due in advance of the delivery of the goods, using one of the payment methods indicated on the site, or at the same time as delivery by cash on delivery.

The mandatory data for registering on the site are:
name, surname, email and password; the omission of even one of this information prevents the Company from successfully completing the registration.

Registration on the site allows you to:
• save your data to make subsequent purchases faster;
• have a history of purchases;
• track and manage your previous orders;
• be able to take advantage of special offers reserved only for registered customers.

Prices and currency
The products sold are invoiced in Euros. The prices displayed on the site are exclusive of VAT. The exact taxes will then be calculated during the order phase according to the shipping address of the goods and detailed at the bottom of the Order Summary page. The prices displayed may not include shipping costs which, in the event that they are charged to the buyer, will be added and highlighted before the purchase order is issued and in the confirmation receipt thereof.

Applicable law
These general conditions of sale and any transaction made through the website are subject exclusively to Italian law, with the express exclusion of conflict rules. Any and all disputes will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Padua.

The products are shipped via the best logistics partners internationally.
Shipments are made by the Company, from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 to 17:30.
The product can take delivery times ranging from 1 working day up to 7 working days.

The products are delivered via trusted shippers to the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase order and the Company is not responsible for delivery errors due to errors/omissions by the Customer. Customer is required to make himself available for delivery of products.
It is not possible to make deliveries to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).
Shipments to the European Union are not subject to import taxes.

Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the law on consumer rights and distance selling (Legislative Decree 206/2005) the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without penalty within 10 working days from the date on which he received the purchased products. It should be specified that the customer is always understood as a natural person who purchases the goods for non-profit purposes.

Returned items are carefully checked once they are received at the warehouse. If an item is returned damaged, washed, with signs of use, in unsuitable conditions to be sold or in any case in which the instructions above have not been followed, it will not be possible to make a refund and Berza srl ​​will send the item back with charge of shipping costs. Alternatively, the company will decide (at its discretion) to reduce the refund to cover any decrease in the value of the returned item.
None of these rules affect the consumer's statutory rights.

Refund procedure
In the event that all the aforementioned conditions and the obligations of the consumer have been respected, Berza srl ​​will refund the sale price of the purchased item by direct crediting to the card used for payment, within 10 working days.

Return for defective goods
