Screen printing is the ideal solution for the logo or the graphic that is too detailed or too large for embroidery. Screen printing is one of the world's best-known printing techniques. It consists in transferring ink onto fabric by using a mechanical pressure movement throughout photosensitive film. Once transferred, the garment is placed into an oven to fix the print. This process will ensure a long-lasting result on your custom workwear.

Embroidery prices are based on the following characteristics:

Minimum quantity: 15 pieces
Ideal for large-size graphic or logo
Set-up fee incurred the very first time only (una tantum) necessary to create the film > The fee depends on the number of colors in the graphic
Customization price of the printing depends on on the size and colors

Screen printing can be done on our aprons, shirts, polos, jackets, lab coats and chef jackets. We recommend to us the screen-printing process to fabrics that contain a percentage of cotton. This will enable the ink better fix to the garment, guaranteeing a more wash-resistant customized workwear.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PRINTED WORKWEAR

Wash regularly your printed professional clothing using the washing machine at a maximum of 40 degrees. For a long-lasting result, hang your uniforms away from heat sources during the drying phase. Do not use the iron directly on your printed graphic as the heat will melt the ink from the print, we strongly suggest using a cotton cloth between the iron and the print or turn the garment inside out during the iron phase. By following these simple steps you will ensure a better result and a longer life to your customized workwear.
